If I had a team of Marketing Specialist, Real Estate Attorneys and corporate negotiators. They could not have represented our sale, and followed us from listing to completion any better than your company! We had listed our Columbia Gorge property (which has an unique view, well worth over 1 million dollars) for 3 years with your conventional big name agencies with no success. Some agents had even tried to “low ball” us in order to move it quickly, but you got us a great price and negotiated the deal to they pre-qualified anyone before showing our property, so we didn’t have a bunch of “looky-loos” just going through our place!
